the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) and others:

 

*Conspired to expose children to the most obscene PORNOGRAPHY imaginable!

 

*Note. Conspire is synonymous with contribute, which, in turn, is synonymous with help and aid.

 

Please note, the answers given to the ‘virtual interview’ questions in this exposé/article, are (by and large) in the ‘Public Domain’. See the TRUTH’s editorial page (the link to which can be found on the main contents page) for more.

 

As hard as it may be for you to believe, the TRUTH’s claim at the top of this article about the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority), is irrefutably TRUE.

 

Consequently, the ASA would be lying with any denial of the irrefutable facts mentioned in this exposé.

 

What’s more, the ASA were joined by the British media (Broadcast and printed) and all three leading British political parties (Labour, Conservative and the Lib Dem’s) in that very act!

 

While the evidence concerning the British media along with the involvement of all three leading British political parties can be found in this internet NEWS magazine’s other exposés, this particular exposé is all about the ASA’s involvement, while covering it up (not making it publicly known).

 

As mentioned in the TRUTH’s exposé, ‘How amazon exposes (YOUR) children to the most obscene pornography imaginable, Magazine covers are deemed to be an advertisement for magazines by the ASA, who once upheld a complaint when a ‘top shelf’ adult magazine displayed a female model’s nipples on the cover.

 

Similarly, the same applies to book and DVD covers, specifically those advertised by online retailer amazon. The cover being the advertisement for the particular item.

 

On 12 September 2021, the TRUTH sent the ASA an e-mail (see next), thereby making the ASA aware of several exposés that were of possible interest to them:

Be assured, the URL’s for the 6 pornographic DVD covers, one of which is in breach of the UK’s 2003 obscene publications act, and deemed to be corrupt in nature, were included in the e-mail that the ASA not only received, but, as this screenprint proves, confirmed receiving:

In order to fully understand the overall aspect of this exposé, you need to go back as far as 1994.

 

That was the year, the month January, that issue 1 of the printed TRUTH was distributed free in London, mostly to commuters arriving at Charing Cross train station.

 

The centre page article/exposé, featured the following A4 document size montage:

The featured adverts for sexually explicit videos and magazines, all of which could only be offered for sale in licensed and non-licensed adult sex shops, were regularly published in the Saturday editions of three tabloid newspapers: the SUN, the STAR and the Daily Mirror and from 1992 onwards.

 

To discover more about that, you need to read the TRUTH’s exposé: ‘How 4 sections of the UK media, all three main political parties etc, corrupt children!’.

 

That which is relevant to this exposé, now follows, in the form of a virtual interview with the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority).

 

ASA. At that time, 1992, you indicated what about checking adverts?

 

ASA: ‘That we, the ASA, regularly checked several hundred adverts each week.’

 

While you no doubt worked office days, Monday to Friday, that did not preclude you from checking adverts that appeared in the Saturday and Sunday published press and magazines?

 

ASA: ‘Correct.’

 

You, the ASA, were, though, made aware of the adverts, those shown above, appearing in the three named newspapers, by myself in 1992, hence the inclusion of the ASA’s approval logo in the montage. Either way, you would had to have turned a corrupt blind eye to the fact that children and juveniles could purchase the sexually explicit magazines and videos being advertised in those three tabloid newspapers?

 

ASA: ‘No comment.’

 

Sorry, but your answer, ‘no comment’ is an admission of guilt, while the evidence featured in the TRUTH’s three exposés, from 1994, 2000 and now 2019, which was when the current version of the exposé was put together prior to publishing it to the TRUTH’s website in 2020, is irrefutable. Cannot successfully be challenged.

 

As mentioned in the exposés, the magazines were sexually explicit, while one page, which I still have a scan of, included an uncensored phallus (male sex organ), something that was not permissible until 1996. Furthermore, at least 1,000 copies of the image, all of them, in fact, was printed.

 

As mentioned in the TRUTH’s editorial page:

Therefore, by doing nothing, both in 1992 and again in 2021 (see the TRUTH’s e-mail to the ASA above), the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) conspired with those involved in ‘exposing (YOUR) children to the most obscene pornography imaginable'.

 

First and foremost, under UK law, ignorance is no defence. Therefore, the fact that the TRUTH contacted the ASA by e-mail and the ASA did nothing, makes the ASA complicit. In other words, an accessory to that of online retailer amazon exposing (YOUR) children to the most obscene PORNOGRAPHY imaginable.

 

As to how many of the other exposés/articles  the TRUTH mentioned in its e-mail fall under the ASA’s remit, the one about commercial television content, covered in the TRUTH’s mentioned exposé, ‘How TV broadcasters have become the new unappointed censor’, dose, owing to the fact that the ASA superseded the ITC as the commercial TV regulator, a fact mentioned at the end of that particular exposé.

 

In addition, the ASA, by its very name (Advertising Standards Authority), must surely have a total degree of concern about the evidence contained in the TRUTH’s exposé: ’20 minutes of ad breaks’.

 

Finally, there is this:

 

The cover page of the printed TRUTH, published in 1994, along with the Home (cover) page of the 2000 and 2020 updates of the TRUTH, all featured the TRUTH’s copyrighted logo of a sword, one bearing a modern day Latin inscription along the blade’s length.

 

As mentioned on the editorial page, the words transcribe into English as: ‘For truth and justice’.

 

On that note, the ASA conspired to obstruct ‘truth and justice’, which just so happens to be a crime under British law.

 

FACT! In order for the ASA to read the articles/exposés mentioned in the e-mail the ASA confirmed receiving from the TRUTH on September 12 2021, they would had to have navigated their way there from the TRUTH’s ‘Home page’ to the ‘Editorial page’, and then the ‘Main contents page’. For the exposé that this exposé relates to: ‘How amazon exposes (YOUR) children to the most obscene pornography imaginable’, the ASA would had to have clicked on the link to the ‘Lies & Corruption’ contents page. Even then, having landed on a ‘link page’, it would have taken the ASA either back to the ‘Main contents page’ or to the exposé ‘How 4 sections of the UK media, all three main political parties etc, corrupt children!’. That being the only way to access the exposé about ‘amazon exposing (YOUR) children to the most obscene pornography imaginable’.

 

The TRUTH has a screenprint for the 14 days of traffic from Monday September 13 2021. That being the first working day after the ASA confirmed receiving the TRUTH’s e-mail.

 

Despite the fact that the results of the Traffic report make for interesting and informed reading, today, 8 full months on from sending the ASA the e-mail they confirmed receiving, NOTHING has changed.

 

Amazon are still exposing (YOUR) children to, not only the most obscene pornography imaginable, which now includes an increase in incest themed pornography, but, low and behold, amazon is still actively displaying uncensored, sexually explicit and obscene (under the UK’s 2003 obscene publications act) DVD sleeves, along with 5 of the 6 DVD covers that the TRUTH made the ASA aware of, including the obscene one.

 

All in all and all things considered, irrefutable proof that the ASA DID NOTHING!

 

Also from the TRUTH’s editorial page is this pertinent maxim attributed to Edmund Burke:

 

“All that is required for EVIL to triumph is for good men to do nothing!”

 

From the ASA’s standpoint, their lack of interest, while not necessarily total, the ASA, to iterate yet another point mentioned on the TRUTH’s editorial page, as good as ‘sat on the fence and did nothing’ which, as already mentioned, is exactly how ‘Evil triumphs’!

 

One final note about the ASA covering up the TRUTH’s exposés pertaining to amazon and PORN. The TRUTH, to date, has not received any e-mail(s) from the ASA, other than the one sent by the ASA on September 12 2021, that, despite the fact that the TRUTH’s e-mail address appears on the bottom of every article and exposé page.

 

Footnote: As with most of the exposés included in the TRUTH, the ASA has be sent, by e-mail, a copy of this expose, including all of the images used herein.

 

All things considered, if, as it should do, this exposé makes the ASA finally sit up, take notice and act as they should have done over eight months ago, which is to read the TRUTH’s exposés and take the proper action against amazon’s online adverts, etc, then the following holds true:

 

In no way can that excuse the fact that, until such time as the ASA do what the TRUTH just mentioned, then, from September 13 2021, the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) aided amazon in exposing (your) children to the most obscene pornography imaginable.
