How Amazon corrupts children.jpg

Exposes (YOUR) children to the most
obscene PORNOGRAPHY imaginable!

Newly UPDATED to include:
How the MET POLICE Exposes Children to
the most obscene PORNOGRAPHY imaginable!

See also Serious worrying UPDATE at the end

Please note, the answers given to the ‘virtual interview’ questions in this exposé/article, are (by and large) in the ‘Public Domain’. See the TRUTH’s editorial page (the link to which can be found on the main contents page) for more.

In this first of a 2-part connected article, the TRUTH will explain, with help from amazon, how amazon exposes (your) children to the most obscene pornography imaginable.

Then, in the second part, the TRUTH will also explain, again with their help, how both amazon and Kobo, the main suppliers of digital e-books, not only break their own ‘Content guideline’ rules, distribute, in e-reader form, pornographic and obscene material, but that they have told hundreds and thousands of lies in doing so (one lie per e-book).

For the record, according to the United Nations Convention of the rights of a child, Article one indicates: Anyone below 18 years of age is a ‘child’, despite the fact that in the eyes of the law in the UK, juveniles were those aged 16 and 17.

First and foremost, anyone with a computer etc, can search for items on amazon, in particular, e-reader books from amazon’s kindle store. There now follows a screenprint of a book’s details page. Item ‘1’ is the ‘look inside’, while item ‘2’, which the TRUTH has censored for publication to children reading this article, is the book’s details. Note, by clicking the ‘Read more’ link, more sexually explicit words may appear – 22 more of them in the case of ‘Alexia Act one’.

Questionable book details 1.jpg

Before I get to the main point of concern, it is worth noting that, as mentioned in the article: ‘The truth about the lies about porn’, the Supreme court of the United States definition of the word porn is: That which encourages sexual thoughts. For now, note that which is underlined in red on this next book’s details, rather than the suggestive title: (More on that, shortly.)

Two fist in title Re-sized.jpg

For ‘stimulate’ read: ‘encourage’ the reader to imagine what they are reading, which, as just mentioned, is the Supreme court of the United States definition of the word porn.

The more worrying aspect for both parents and guardians of children is, ‘1’, the ‘Look inside’ preview. This lets you read 11% of the book’s content. So, as far as a book containing 300 stories inside it goes (see next screenprint), approximately 33 pornographic books can be read 'IN FULL!'.

Porn books on amazon 300.jpg

Forced Rough Erotica’ is the title of the 300 story bundle. Forced means without consent. Again, the TRUTH will go into that in greater detail and with amazon’s assistance.

‘That which encourages sexual thoughts’. As the line from the song ‘If’ states: ‘If a picture paints a thousand words’ then, so too, a thousand words (2 pages from a paperback book) can paint several images. The purpose of the detailed descriptions in a book is to encourage, help the reader to visualise what they are reading, much like that of a private cinema in their head. When it comes to what is classed as pornography by the US Supreme court, books that describe sexual intimacy and, now, audio books, are pornographic by most people’s understanding and acceptance. More on that in the second part.

For the record, and with help from amazon, the type of pornographic books you offer are?

Amazon and KDP (Kindle direct publishing): ‘Rape, incest, sex acts that, under UK law, are obscene, bestiality, peadophilia (coveting of a child. See UN convention article 1 above) and book covers that breach the ASA’s (Advertising Standard Authority’s) guidelines.’

Note. According to one of the ASA’s reports when upholding a complaint, a woman’s nipples could not be shown on the cover of a magazine etc. These 4 covers from amazon prove their last admission while Kobo also accepted the same and or similar book covers.

Montage of 4 tits out covers Re-sized.jp

Note. On a 19 inch widescreen monitor, book covers measure as much as 7.75 inches high

Mum X from channel 4’s three part series ‘Mums make porn’. One of the other mums who took part in the series had reservations about what type of sexual content?

Mum X: ‘Forced sex.’

Exactly like that specified in the title of the 300 book bundle above?

Mum X: ‘Yes!’

A book from which 11% can be read, and by anyone of any age, a child, in particular, who clicks the ‘Look inside’ link?

Mum X: ‘Yes!’

One final question to amazon at this point. Most but not all of the pornographic books you list in the Kindle store of your site, indicate an age advisory notice (18 years or more) on either the book’s details page, a page at the front of the book or both?

Amazon: ‘Yes, some do.’

Clearly, then, there are no safeguards in respect as to who can read 11% of a pornographic book, which rather makes the advisory notice null and void as far as amazon goes, while the British media, printed and broadcast, more so that of the British government, clearly couldn’t give a toss about the possible corruption of children and that, in addition to their negligence in the article this expose is a link from: ‘How the UK Media, etc CORRUPT YOUR CHILDREN’.

How both amazon and Kobo told over 300 lies,

while offering for sale pornographic material etc.

Almost 7 years ago, October 2013, an article entitled: ‘Epidemic of filth’, to which this URL is a link to (https://kernelmag.dailydot.com/features/report/exclusive/6016/an-epidemic-of-filth/), made these points:

  • Almost every book retailer’s website sells amateur literature that glorifies rape, incest, bestiality and ‘forced sex’ with young girls

  • Amazon and Barnes & Noble have the largest catalogues of filth

  • High Street newsagent WHSmith sells rape porn

  • Beloved bookseller Waterstone’s sells bestiality fiction

  • Iconic London store Foyles lists a book called Loving the Dog

  • No retailer brave enough to comment on our report

First and foremost, take note of the subjects in ‘red’, one of which, ‘300 Forced sex bundle’ has been mentioned above. In the previous century, I also purchased a book with a misleading cover to it; misleading in respect of the book’s first story: A man who had been spurned by a woman, as good as imprisons her. He then subjects her to all manner of BDSM torture in order to break her spirit and will to submit to him sexually, culminating in him having forced anal sex upon her.

The reaction to the report from online book retailers was understandable. They scoured their library of books and purged them.

Around the time, 2013, MP’s (Members of Parliament) introduced a bill that targeted 'offensive content'. As a result, attention turned to the written word, publishers on amazon's kindle, in particular.

Since that purge, however, other types of books have replaced them. Books as confirmed by amazon above, while the most worrying ones for women are ‘Rape’.

An e-reader, unlike a paper or hard back book cover, has no indication as to its content while the person sat next to someone reading an electronic book may glimpse at it, but not enough to be noticed ‘looking over their shoulder’.

Imagine someone, a man, reading an obscene e-book in public, one that glorifies Rape?

I will now, with help from amazon, take you through the main items of their e-reader book content guidelines. Starting with 1. Pornography.

Amazon/KDP. What is the wording of item 1 on your content guidelines?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Pornography. We don't accept pornography or offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts.’

First and foremost, in addition to the US Supreme court’s definition of pornography, that which encourages sexual thoughts, which thousands (see below) of your books do, the titles of these two books clearly show that you do, in fact, accept ‘Hardcore’ pornography?

Montage of 2 Porn title books Re-sized.j

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, amazon/KDP does, contrary to the first of its content guidelines, accept pornography.’

Right, and so you lied about not accepting pornography?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, amazon/KDP lied about not accepting pornography.’

More recently, a book with a cover and title was noticed on amazon/KDP. Name its title for our readers.

Amazon/KDP: ‘The book’s title is: “Peeing on her mouth”.’

Urination in that context, is a sexual act, one associated with BDSM (Domination and Submission).

Police officer Anne Linton. In 2003 was the depiction of urination an obscene act under the UK’s obscene publication’s act?

PO A Linton: ‘Most certainly, yes.’

So, then, the book cover is what?

PO A Linton: ‘Sexually explicit, pornographic and in breach of the UK’s obscene publication’s act.’

Amazon/KDP. Describe the ‘Obscene’ cover image for our readers.

Amazon/KDP: ‘The book’s obscene cover image shows a young woman, possibly in her late teens, with her head leant sideways on a toilet bowl while being, as mentioned in the book’s title, peed in her open mouth.’

The TRUTH can, however, show this book cover:

Notably, if the book’s title banner was removed, what, considering the fact that the man stood behind the woman leant against rather than over an office desk/table is naked, would the image show?

Amazon/KDP: ‘A sexually explicit and pornographic act of sexual intercourse.’

Right, and one that you, amazon/KDP, find to be acceptable, as will soon be noted?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, we, amazon/KDP, find such an image to be acceptable, despite our claim that: “We don't accept pornography or offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts”.”

Explicit cover.jpg

What is the wording of item 2 on your content guidelines?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Offensive content. What we deem offensive is probably about what you would expect.’

I have to say, on first reading it, that is pretty much full of ambiguity, and for good reason. So that you can’t be challenged for not publishing a perfectly acceptable book, which could see you sued for loss of earnings by the author?

Amazon/KDP: ‘No comment.’

If you centre on the meaning of the last part; in other words, what a reader, more so that of the author, they being who the guideline is directed at, finds offensive, it quite clearly means that, you, amazon/KDP, do not find the following book content offensive: ‘Rape, incest, sex acts that, under UK law, are obscene, bestiality and paedophilia’?

Amazon/KDP: ‘You’re right. By amazon/KDP publishing books with that type of offensive content, amazon/KDP does not find them to have “offensive content”.’

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold that, right there. Are you, amazon/KDP, telling me, moreover, anyone reading this exposé, that you, amazon/KDP, find paedophilia, incest and rape acceptable?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, having accepted books with that type of content in them, we, amazon/KDP, find paedophilia, incest and rape acceptable.’

Confirmed by yet another book’s title as it appears on amazon.

Note that which is underlined in red.

Non-consent story.jpg

Then there is this book’s title: ‘Gangrape of sleeping beauty’:

Gangrape of sleeping beauty cover.jpg

On the matter of ‘rape’ content books, and this will come as concern to women, I’m sure, they can, as with any subject, be searched, how?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Simply by typing in the “keyword” rape, or whatever subject you are looking for, into the search input box and clicking the search button.’

Keywords. Explain, if you would, what that means?

Amazon/KDP: ‘The person who publishes a book in the kindle store can list as many as 7 keywords. If any of those 7 keywords match the search input keyword, the search return will list that book among all the others.’

So, the same as searching for something on the internet?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Exactly the same.’

It is worth pointing out the fact that a search of the word ‘Porn’ returns 70,000 results, the majority of which are a confessed lie by amazon/KDP that they, amazon/KDP, do not accept pornography, despite what it says in the TRUTH’s article: ‘The truth about the lies about porn’.

So, the author, in the case of ‘Rape’, would have to list ‘rape’ as one of the 7 keywords, correct?

Amazon/KDP: ‘That is correct.’

Have you ever approved a book in the Kindle store with the title ‘Raped by the police’?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes.’

Is/was it a story book?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, “Raped by the police” was a story book.’

One about a woman being raped by the police?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, a story about a woman being raped by the police.’

Now, I know, for a fact, that you, amazon, offer for sale a paperback book containing incest, fisting and water sports (one or more people urinating on one or more others) while the incest was not made clear until page 234 of its sequel, ‘Diana’s Debut’ by Lyton Sinclair. And to prove that fact, I have a screenprint showing the prequel, ‘Diana’s Desire’ by Lytton Sinclair as being available for sale on amazon:

Diana's Desire.jpg

I now show the TRUTH’s readers, two more examples of incest according to each e-book’s title:

Daddy takes me on the beach.jpg
Questionable book details Re-sized.jpg

More recently, the TRUTH discovered this book being offered for sale on amazon/KDP:

Questionable book title.jpg

Amazon/KDP. What does the title of that pornographic book indicate?

Amazon/KDP: ‘That some or all of the events in the book happened before the female character eluded to in the book’s title turned 18 years of age, when she was 17-years-old and, therefore, under-age.’

Nevertheless, and from what you just said about ‘the female character eluded to in the book’s title being under-age’, you approved it?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Clearly, yes. We, amazon/KDP, approved the book, despite its under-age content.’

You also, in both book and e-reader form, accept and approve of a book who’s content describes the coveting of a child (the man/paedophile forming a relationship with the mother of a 12-year-old daughter in order to get close to her child)?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes.’

And once again, the TRUTH has a screenprint (not shown) confirming that to be the case.

It is worth pointing out at this juncture that, under sex offensive laws relating to children (anyone below 18 years of age), Gary Glitter was prosecuted for having photos of children on his PC. To that end, a person only has to have thoughts about children, coveting a child, to be considered a paedophile, while, as mentioned, that is the purpose of the text in books; to encourage the reader to visualise what they are reading.

More recently, and on a matter of obscenity and offensive material, I’ll let the title of one such book speak for itself!

Shit on my face.jpg

Bestiality. Both in content and book cover images. You, amazon/KDP, sell quite a lot of books featuring sex between humans and what Peter Cushing’s Van Helsing said of vampires and werewolves in the first Dracula movie: ‘creatures’, and in the non-human sense?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes.’

Here are just a few, several examples of countless many thousands:

3 Beastiality books.jpg

Note the word(s) used in the titles of the books: ‘Beast Men, Monster’ while the third, an eroticomic, contains, as you would expect, actual drawn graphical depictions of bestiality.

Kindly list as many such non-human creatures as you can that feature in the books that you, amazon/KDP, approve.

Amazon/KDP: ‘Let’s see, Vampires, zombies (the living dead), wolves, bears, tigers, dragons, sea creatures, succubus – a female demon said to have sex with sleeping men – oh, and aliens, definitely 100% non-human, and any I don’t recall.’

Thank you. All of those will do to confirm that you, amazon/KDP, approve of obscene pornography, the like of which encourages sexual thoughts akin to watching a movie depicting bestiality. It also proves that you, amazon/KDP, lied about the content of those books, and, moreover, a lie for each and every one of the books you approve up to 70,000?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, we, amazon/KDP, lied about not accepting books with offensive content in them, for each and every one of the books we approve that feature bestiality and non-human creatures.’

One final question on content inside books. Do you, amazon/KDP, approve books that carry a warning akin to this: ‘highly offensive content’?

Amazon/KDP:Yes.

What else is covered under your ‘Offensive Content’ guideline?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Book covers.’

How many of these 4 book covers did you, amazon/KDP, not approve?

Montage of 4 covers Re-sized.jpg

Amazon/KDP: ‘Two. “The Babysitter” and “Lust And The Law”.’

Both myself and everyone reading this will find that to be unimpartial (synonymous with prejudicial and corrupt), considering the fact that the female models are wearing a bra and panties while the woman on each of the other book covers is displaying her breasts.

I would like to bring in Chris Thomlinson to round off amazon/KDP’s 2nd content guideline.

You are, for those who have yet to read one of your many articles or comments in others?

CT: ‘The UK’s leading and most prolific author of Erotica. A word who’s definition, the erotic aspect of it, dates back to ancient Greece, circa 3,000 BC to be exact.’

Read more about that in ‘The LIES about PORN’.

What are the 4 rules of the site in relation to content where you’ve published a weekly story since December 2010?

CT: ‘I can actually do better than tell you, as this screenprint confirms.’

ES Content guidelines NEW.jpg

CT: ‘The author has to click the drop down menu for each of the 4 subjects.’ (See first one, incest, for both menu options.)

All of them subjects that amazon/KDP approve of?

CT: ‘Very much the exact same subjects – Incest, coveting a child, Bestiality and Rape – that amazon/KDP most definitely approve of. They then click the alternative, “No” option on the menu for each of the 4 subjects.

On the last point, Rape, what about blackmail, a form of coercion?

CT: ‘Not for me when the woman is the target of the coercion.’

It is, though, as these two books confirm, acceptable for amazon/KDP:

UPDATE!

25 April 2022

On the question/subject of incest, it has recently come to this internet news magazine’s notice that amazon/kdp has exacerbated the amount of incest storyline books that it sells. That is, as you will now discover, sexual acts, sexual relations and, moreover, penetrative sex between blood related mothers and their sons.

I noticed the book ‘Lonely Mother’s Fall From Grace’ opposite, among a selection of others on amazon/KDP.

It was one of a thus far collection of around 13 books, 15 story titles in all, that had a blood related incestuous storyline to them. One in which, on the very first page, the female character informs the reader that she gave birth to the male character, one that she has sexual relations (foreplay of a sexual nature) and, finally, sexual intercourse with.

The book was advertised free, and so, unlike others, as you will see, I did not pay the advertised price of £2-28, while, as you will soon see, not only did others buy each of the incestuous themed books, but they left a revue and marked it out of 5 stars, indeed as many as between 3 and 4 stars.

More worrying, however, is the fact that 1 book features 3 such stories, of which, children can, as mentioned above, read 11% of the book.

Book with incestuous theme.jpg

On the matter of the content of ‘Lonely Mother’s Fall From Grace’, there now follows a virtual interview with amazon/KDP, one that includes screenprinted extracts from the book.

Extract 1 from Lonely mother's fall from grace.jpg

Amazon/KDP. From the first extract from the first page of the actual story: ‘Lonely Mother’s Fall From Grace’, what does it say about the relation between Bart and the only woman mentioned in the story?

Amazon/KDP: ‘It clearly states, mentions that, she ‘gave birth to Bart.’

Meaning, therefore, that?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Bart was her biological son.’

The terminology for sexual relations, including foreplay (confined, in general, to those of the same sex), between blood related family members, is?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Incest’.

Incest is not only a crime, but, in 2003 it was considered to be in breach of the obscene publications act, and, therefore, offensive in nature, was it not?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, and on all three accounts.’

Put simply, then, and since you, amazon/KDP, review the content of books before approving them, you, amazon/KDP, therefore, approve of incest?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, having accepted the books for publication, we, amazon/KDP, approve of incest.’

Extract 2 from Lonely mother's fall from grace.jpg

What does the pink highlighted text in the 2nd extract convey to the reader?

Amazon/KDP: ‘That Bart’s mother is happily stroking his manhood and is becoming hot and aroused.’

Extract 3 from Lonely mother's fall from grace.jpg

And extract 3, what does that describe?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Oral sex.’

Specifically, if you please?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Bart’s biological mother is fellating his manhood.’

Extract 4 from Lonely mother's fall from grace.jpg

As will be noted, extract 4 is more of the same of what happened in the previous. Of more concern, however, is extract 5:

Extract 5 from Lonely mother's fall from grace.jpg

What, amazon/KDP, is described in the above, 5th extract?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Penetrative sexual intercourse involving Bart and his biological mother.’

Thank you, amazon/KDP. That’s all on the matter of you openly selling books, the storylines of which, in 2003 were in breach of the ‘Obscene publications act’, all of them pornographic in nature, following the ruling of the Supreme court of the United States.

There now follows, without the need for amazon/KDP’s involvement or response, additional evidence of amazon/KDP, not only selling books that are both incestuous in nature and in breach of the 2003 ‘Obscene publications act’, but, in the case of a three book collection, 11% readable by anyone, including CHILDREN!

This next screenprint shows the following:

How much of the first story in the three book collection can be read via the ‘Look inside’ preview.

The book’s title, price and 5 star rating (top right).

And the date and time the screenprint was captured (middle to bottom right).

Finally, a montage of the 12 individual book titles, which includes a brief description of the book’s content as well as the price and the star rating for each book.

Incest book titles Montage.jpg

Illegal and infringing content. Have you, amazon/KDP, ever published a book cover that infringes copyright?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes.’

And here is the proof:

Book that fails copyright cropped Re-siz

The small blobs dotted all over the cover are the photograph image supplier’s copyright protection for the photo; in effect a sample.

To free up the photo of its copyright, anyone wishing to use the image has to pay a small licensing fee.

When this clear violation of your ‘Illegal and infringing content’ guideline was reported to you, what did you, amazon/KDP, do?

Amazon/KDP: ‘We, amazon/KDP, ignored it.’

You will agree, while you have little other choice, since denying it would be yet another lie, that, yet again, ignoring something, in this case ‘Illegal and infringing content’, means you, amazon/KDP, approve of copyright theft, which is the same as plagiarism?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, amazon/KDP, approves of copyright theft.’

That also covers your, amazon/KDP’s, fourth guideline: ‘Public Domain and Other Non-Exclusive Content’?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes.’

Finally, item number five of amazon/KDP’s ‘content guidelines’?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Poor customer experience.’

That is?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Typos plus. [Typos Table Errors Unsupported Characters Duplicated Text Cover Issues Missing Content Image Quality Wrong Content Formatting Content Unsuited for Reading on Kindle Links Disappointing Content], is what it says for item number five of amazon/KDP’s content guidelines.’

Final question, do you, amazon/KDP, accept books that fail your ‘Poor customer experience’ guideline?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, amazon/KDP accepts quite a lot of books, in particular, those without a cover image [missing content], that fail amazon/KDP’s fifth content guideline of “Poor customer experience”.’

Thank you. That, I’m sure, has given our readers, in particular, parents, quite a lot to think about, while the British government, along with the UK media, printed and broadcast, since 2013, undeniably turned a blind eye to just how easy it is for children to read as many as 33 pornographic books by simply clicking the ‘Look inside’ preview. It also makes amazon/KDP’s content guidelines a joke, and meaningless with it, since they fail, miserably, to enforce them, in particular, Pornography and, more worryingly, Offensive content.

KOBO

Kobo, who sponsor Barcelona FC, on the other hand, are something else entirely:

Kobo have admitted to being liars, unimpartial and corrupt with it, and on a much greater scale to that of amazon/KDP.

First and foremost, all of the content issues that amazon/KDP has admitted to, apply, equally, to Kobo: They claim they don’t accept porn, which, under the ruling of the Supreme court of the United States definition of porn, is a lie. They also sell books that feature the following obscene subjects, many of which are sold by amazon/KDP: Incest, Rape, Bestiality, again, quite a lot, and paedophilia.

It is, however, the lies etc of Kobo that are of concern for this part, and, again, with help from CT, they will be exposed.

What the TRUTH hasn’t thus far revealed is how the TRUTH came by amazon/KDP’s Content guidelines and the answer is quite simple, Chris:

CT: ‘That’s right. I investigated both amazon/KDP and KOBO. During that time, I managed to get KOBO to be forthcoming as to their excuse, a lying one at that, for blocking book covers; either for their title, the cover image or both.’

How ridiculous and baseless were their excuses and lies?

CT: ‘They approved far worse covers and book tittles with the exact same and more explicit word than the ones I used in my book titles, which they, KOBO, blocked.’

Okay, let’s go through them, and, as with amazon/KDP, ask Kobo’s writing life team, that being the name on most of the e-mail replies you received from them, the all important questions.

Kobo. At anytime, past or present, has your content guidelines mentioned that you, Kobo, do not approve of pornography?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, do not approve of pornography.’

And yet, you, Kobo, publish books with Porn in their title, irrespective of the ruling by the Supreme court of the United States?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, publish books with porn in their title and, as you clearly point out, the sexual content in the books that we, Kobo, approve, are pornographic.’

Right, so you lied with regards to the mention of not accepting pornography?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, lied about not accepting and approving pornography.

A lie for each and every sexually descriptive book you approve of?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, lied for each sexually descriptive book that we, Kobo, approved.’

Sexually explicit words in book titles. Have you, Kobo, approved any of these words in book titles: the F-word and any extension thereof in relation to sexual intercourse? The C-word in relation to the male sex organ?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, have approved of books with the explicit version of those words in their title.’

What about ‘Slut’. Have you, Kobo, approved books with ‘Slut’ in their title?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, have approved of books with slut in their title.’

The reason for asking those and other questions will become clear.

Have you, Kobo, approved books, the content of which describe sex between stepbrother and stepsister, step daughter and step parent, and stepson and step parent?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, have approved of books with that content in them.

You, Kobo, have also approved of books that intimate at (with their covers) and describe Bestiality, describe paedophilia, forced sex/Rape, torture and other subjects that, under the UK obscene publications act (2003), are obscene?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, approve books with the content you mention, as well as books that intimate Bestiality on the cover.’

You certainly do that, while I have a vast collection of screenprints of said covers.

Slowly but surely, we are getting somewhere. Chris.

CT: ‘Tara, would you kindly read the title of this book.’

Tara:Free Porn’.

I know, for a fact, that you, like everyone else who reads and types in English, read and type left to right, and yet for some excuse, moreover a bare faced lie, you swapped the words in the title over, noted by the fact that if you read the title from right to left it reads as: ‘!eerF nroP’ and subsequently makes no sense at all.

Tara: ‘Okay, yes. I lied. No matter which way you read it, it does not say “Free Porn” at all.’

Kobo, you also lied, and one has to conclude for the same excuse as Tara, when you disapproved of the book’s title. However, you also, and I find this amazing, considering all the evidence to the contrary, disapproved of the image; the woman’s attire?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, disapproved of the image.’

Despite the fact that, not only is her chest and crotch completely covered, but that the item of clothing is worn in the appropriate place, a bedroom?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, disapproved of her attire, despite it being worn in the bedroom.’

Porn Free Re-sized.jpg

For the record, the actual story relates to a woman with an unimpartial attitude to visual erotica while preferring to read erotica; books. Furthermore, she refuses to have a relationship with men who watch erotica/PORN. Her attitude changes, however, when, having discovered her boyfriend’s porn and confronted him about it, she accepts a proposition based on the DVD she confronts him with – the DVD making a correlation between written erotica and visual erotica.

Chris, during your investigation, which you brought to the TRUTH, it otherwise being wasted on the printed and broadcast media, all of who would have simply brushed it under the carpet, you took screenshots of over 252 books listed on KOBO’s site that were either inappropriate for their cover on the basis of ‘Porn Free!’, had sexually explicit words in their title, covers that suggested, glorifyingly in some cases, Bestiality, Rape and Torture, the later being obscene under the UK’s obscene publications act of 2003, while you also downloaded previews of other such books?

CT: ‘That, I most certainly did.’

On the incest point, and sex between a stepmother and her stepsons, have you, Kobo, ever rejected a book in which a stepmother as was, and now divorced from the father of what were former stepsons, has sex with two brothers?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, have rejected a book which describes sex between a woman and two brothers, and for which the woman was not related to the brothers either by blood or marriage.’

You, Kobo, have, though, and quite a lot as it so happens, approved books were those involved sexually are related by the outcome of marriage (stepchild and stepparent) if not blood?

Kobo: ‘Yes, we, Kobo, have approved of that type of book.’

Kobo’s only saving grace, for what it’s worth, considering what the TRUTH has exposed about Kobo above, is, only the book’s details can be read, while you need to be registered (proof of age confirmed) in order to download an extract from a book.

For genuine pornography (see ‘The truth about the lies about porn’) I leave you with this book from both amazon/KDP and KOBO:

UPDATE!

22 September 2021

Yesterday, 21 September 2021, the TRUTH happened upon the content of a book in amazon’s kindle store, only to then investigate further. This is what the TRUTH discovered:

Amazon/KDP. Do any of the following book titles, all of them copyright and, therefore, published this year, 2021, include sexually explicit, pornographic images? Book titles:

‘Dangerous Relationships’, ‘The Good Wives of Avignon’ and ‘The Possession of the Bodies’.

Amazon/KDP: ‘All of them, all three book titles.’

How many sexually explicit, pornographic images does ‘Dangerous Relationships’ contain, including any duplicate images?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Three, including two duplicate images.’

Do those three images show actual penetrative sex?

Amazon/KDP:  ‘Yes, all three images show an erect black phallus partway inside a white woman’s vulva.’

How many of the three books mentioned above, include a sexually explicit, pornographic image that can be viewed from the ‘Look inside’ preview?

Amazon/KDP: ‘All of them, all three book titles.’

Could it be that amazon/KDP has updated its ‘Content Guidelines’ to accept sexually explicit, pornographic images inside books, I wondered to myself.

This afternoon, 22 September 2021, I took this screenprint from the amazon/KDP ‘Content Guidelines’ page:

New content guidelines for amazon with Date and time.jpg

The text for the two relevant parts is:

Illegal or infringing content

We take violations of laws and proprietary rights very seriously. It is the responsibility of authors, publishers, and selling partners to ensure their content doesn't violate laws or copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. We will not accept content under copyright that is freely available on the web unless it’s provided by the owner of the copyright. In addition, we do not allow companion books based on copyrighted works (e.g., summaries, study guides, etc.) to be published outside the U.S. without written permission from the copyright holder.

Offensive content

We don’t sell certain content including content that we determine is hate speech, promotes the abuse or sexual exploitation of children, contains pornography, glorifies rape or pedophilia, advocates terrorism, or other material we deem inappropriate or offensive.

Three points worth noting:

1. Under ‘Illegal or infringing content’, amazon/KDP, as mentioned above and they covered up, accepted a book cover image that was festooned with copyright protection blobs.

2. Under ‘Offensive content’, despite the typo of ‘paedophilia’, that which is mentioned above and from the start of this exposé, in relation to amazon/KDP, still stands.

3. The somewhat vague aspect of the 2nd point from the original ‘Content guidelines’ (‘Offensive content. What we deem offensive is probably about what you would expect.’) now has amazon/KDP stating what they don’t sell, while parts of it are lies as confirmed by amazon/KDP above.

Meaning that, not only does amzon/KDP accept sexually explicit, pornographic images in books, but any sexually explicit, pornographic images that feature within the first 11% of a book, can, provided that the ‘look inside’ preview is both present and active, be viewed by anyone of any age. Isn’t that irrefutably correct, amazon/KDP?

Amazon/KDP: ‘Irrefutably yes.’

For anyone reading this, who wishes to confirm the above about amazon/KDP’s content guidelines, the following URL will take you to amazon/KDP’s content guidelines page:

https://kdp.amazon.com/en_US/help/topic/G200672390

As to the irrefutable proof that as much as 11% of a book can be read on amazon’s Kindle store, as it is known, provided that the ‘look inside’ preview is both present and active, I hereby present the following two screenprints:

Length of Preview for book Curious COMBO.jpg

Well! Count me surprised. According to the second screenprint, which comes from the actual book, 12% of the 32 book collection: ‘Curious’, can be read via the ‘Look inside’ preview. Not only that, but, due to the book collection’s length, the two pages before the one shown in the second screenprint are also marked as 12%.

UPDATE

11 October 2021

Finally, the TRUTH has conclusive, irrefutable proof that backs up the TRUTH’s irrefutable claim that anyone, a child, can read as much as 11% of a book on amazon, and all without the need to be signed in and so long as the ‘look inside’ preview link is active.

This first screenprint clearly shows that I was not signed into amazon (see ‘Hello, sign in’ to the right of the British, Union Jack flag to the right of the search button), along with the time and date the screenprint was taken:

This second screenprint, along with the time and date it was taken, shows the text at the end of the preview.

The next screenprint, along with the time and date, was taken once the actual book ‘TABOO AFTERMATH’ was downloaded from amazon and the text at the end of the preview was located and highlighted in blue.

While the page number, location and % read details may not be clear, due to the size of the third screenprint, this next screenprint makes it abundantly clear that 11% of the book can be read and by anyone of any age who happens upon it. Additionally, the 9 pages before the one shown in screenprint 3 are also marked as 11%.

Footnote: Having published this 26 years update of the original printed TRUTH from and since 1994 to the internet, the TRUTH has contacted, by e-mail, one or more of those involved in the corrupt element and lies outlined in this article, as well as Barcelona FC.

On 22nd December 2021, the TRUTH successfully sent an e-mail to: The ‘United Nations’ (see the United Nations Convention of the rights of a child at the start of this exposé), ‘Save The Children’ a worldwide children’s charity and ‘NATE’ (National Association of Teachers), from which the TRUTH received a reply.

Furthermore, the BBFC and the following members of the UK media have all been made aware of this article, having the TRUTH successfully sent each one of them an e-mail for its most recent exposé:

‘NEW! amazon sells Pornographic and obscene DVD’s.’

BBC news, ITV News, Channel 4 News, Channel 5 News, SKY News, the Daily Mail, the Evening Standard and the Metro.

A short while after the TRUTH published: ‘amazon sells Pornographic and obscene DVD’s’, the TRUTH submitted an online report of that particular exposé/crime to ‘CrimeStoppers’. In view of the fact that, as of 30th August 2021, five of the six DVD’s that the TRUTH made CrimeStoppers and the others mentioned above aware of, the TRUTH, today, 17th September 2021, completed yet another report of amazon not only selling pornographic and obscene DVD’s, but ‘How amazon exposes children to the most obscene pornography imaginable’. This very exposé.

Furthermore, here is the text the TRUTH copied into the report’s dialogue box:

‘On or after 14th January 2021, I, as the editor of the TRUTH, made you aware of the fact that amazon uk were offering for sale DVD’s that can only legally be sold in licensed sex shops. Furthermore, I included the URL’s for 6 sexually explicit DVD covers that were available to view on amazon. On Monday, 30th August 2021, I discovered that 5 of the 6 mentioned DVD covers are still available to view. Meaning that, either you acted with complicity by failing to pass the reported crime onto whoever deals with reported crimes, the Police, or those you passed it onto acted with complicity by not investigating and prosecuting amazon under the ‘obscene publications act’.

I furthermore, hereby bring to your attention another one of the TRUTH’s 70+ articles/exposés: ‘How Amazon exposes children to the most obscene pornography imaginable’.’

In submitting the form, the TRUTH, using a camera with video recording capability, recorded every aspect of reporting the incident to CrimeStoppers.

Here, also, is the relevant part of the confirmation screenprint the TRUTH captured:

UPDATE

9 September 2022

As to how the Met Police are involved and complicit in the crimes outlined in this exposé…

Having the TRUTH 2020.me displayed its 10 foot by 5 foot poster pertaining to amazon exposing children to porn (see poster artwork below) outside Parliament, AND MORE RECENTLY ‘New Scotland Yard’ (video of which has been included in a tweet) thereby making the Met Police aware of the ongoing crime, the senior officer LIED when he said that amazon is an American company.

Be that as it may, the LIE is proven as follows:

1. Every country has its own amazon company and distribution outlet(s).

2. Every country has its own amazon online store website.

The truth intends to contact the Met Police by post on the two crimes in which amazon exposes (YOUR) children to the most obscene pornography imaginable.

Watch this space for further updates!

Serious worrying UPDATE!

11 November 2022

On September 21 2022, truth2020, this internet news magazine, sent a letter to New Scotland Yard by Signed for/recorded delivery. In the letter, truth2020 formerly reported the crimes mentioned herein, along with the crime mentioned in the truth’s other exposé: ‘amazon sells pornographic and obscene DVDs!’

In checking the delivery progress of said letter, the Royal Mail confirmed the fact that the letter was collected on September 22 2022, exactly 50 days ago.

Since then, not only has there been no mention of the Police investigating what are serious reported crimes, but the truth’s traffic reports show that the Met Police, New Scotland Yard have failed to study, take into account the evidence included in both exposés.

As a result of that, ‘doing nothing is taking part’. Thereby making the Met Police, New Scotland Yard an accessory to the crimes while ‘ably assisting’ amazon in the reported crimes.

To read all the damming evidence, which includes the letter and Royal Mail’s confirmation that it was received by New Scotland Yard, the head of the Met Police, click the link ‘Corrupt Met Police, amazon and porn’ on the ‘Lies & Corruption’ contents page.

Serious UPDATE!
8 November 2021

The following item is the TWEET, etc the TRUTH used to promote, advertise this very exposé:

Poster 1.jpg

In looking for a large size image for ‘amazon’s’ logo, the TRUTH happened upon a rather interesting website, this one:

https://medium.com/pickle-fork/prime-penis-video-deb93e4b7cc7

Michelle Monet, the site’s author, indicates that the tan coloured curve seen in the logo and featured on amazon’s packaging, is, in fact, a fully erect male sex organ! Something that, up until 1996, with the exclusion of sex education videos, was deemed to be obscene.

Post 1996, and, with the exclusion of sex education videos and DVD’s, a fully erect penis can only be shown in R18 videos and DVD’s, which can only be sold in licensed sex shops, and hardcore magazines that must be kept out of reach of children in newsagents. See the TRUTH’s expose: ‘How 4 sections of the UK media, all three main political parties etc, corrupt children!’

All things considered, in no way, other than that of using animation, can what is claimed as ‘most definitely shaped like an upward sloping penis’ be a smile, despite its deceptive appearance, for the simple reason that, no human or primate, save for a facial disfigurement or using fingers, can produce a smile that shape, specifically that of the head of the erection!
