amazon and Microsoft discriminate against millions of people!

From my personal experience, when buying from amazon, they get just:
On the whole, they are quite good. I have, though, had problems with orders being sent to my old address, a replacement for that order being ‘confirmed’ delivered by e-mail, despite it never arriving. Subsequently, amazon cancelled the order and gave me a refund. When I reordered the items; however, one had been increased in price. An external hard drive proving faulty after less than 3 months. Several years ago, I bought the exact, same model from PC world and it’s still working to this day.
An order being delivered to an address 100 away from mine (439 instead of 339 for example).
When it comes to selling things on amazon, however, they get:

That’s right, Zero stars, while Microsoft’s Outlook e-mail account gets zero stars as well.
Although, yes, one of my two personal e-mail accounts is with Microsoft’s outlook, several years ago they changed the site. Since that change, spam mail has gotten through. When I contacted Microsoft Outlook about it, they contemptuously ignored my e-mail.
That aside, the reason they both get zero stars, and it’s a justifiable reason at that, is they both discriminate against millions of people, while in Microsoft’s case, it’s those in 3rd World countries.
Having successfully set up an e-mail contact account with Microsoft Outlook for this news magazine, everything went perfectly well; right up until the point that I tried sending an e-mail. When I clicked send, a pop-up message sought a security check. A contact phone number. I typed in my home, land-line phone number, only to be told that a text message could not be sent to it.
So, discrimination by Microsoft Outlook against anyone who does not have a mobile phone, specifically one that accepts text messages.
In amazon’s case, when you try selling something for the first time, you encounter this:

Although amazon sends a code message, either by text or phone, you need to provide personal ID details:

That means, if you do not have either, which myself and others do not, you are barred from selling items on amazon and subsequently discriminated against, just as those without text phones are discriminated against by Microsoft Outlook. Kind of makes one feel like a black man in a white man’s world.
