Please note, owing to the fact that this is an exposé dealing with adult issues and is published to a public domain, certain sexual words have been replaced with generally acceptable versions of them for a wide reading audience of all ages.
It is worth pointing out that Sandra Romain, the model on the cover of this Hardcore pornographic DVD from Anabolic, has a liking for Double Anal (taking two male sex organs in her backside).
Yes! It is now official! And the TRUTH has the proof!
Despite amazon’s lies to the contrary, they have, since before Christmas 2020 (today being January 12 2021), been offering hardcore DVD’s on their site. DVD’s that, under current UK law, can only be legally sold in licensed sex shops, and, even then, with a R18 BBFC (British Board of Film Classifications) notice on them, of which, only one such DVD the TRUTH came across has.
As to how I discovered this, and quite by accident. Amazon has a tendency to make suggestions to its customers. One of which turned out to be this DVD:
As you will note from the DVD’s details, Amazon’s price is £12-99. That means, Amazon, themself, sell it and to UK customers.
Not all of the DVD’s that the TRUTH made screenprints of are sold directly by Amazon. In which case, they, Amazon, act as a go-between seller. Anyone who then purchases a DVD from what is known as a marketplace seller, pays Amazon the price listed under ‘New from’ and ‘Used from’. Amazon then pays the seller that amount, minus a commission.
If you’ve already read the TRUTH’s article: ‘How amazon exposes children to porn’, you will have some idea of how amazon has lied about, not just accepting and selling pornographic books and e-books, but that they, amazon, have approved books with obscene content and covers that are in breach of the 2003 UK Obscene Publications Act and, furthermore, what the BBFC (British Board of Film Classifications) approves for R18 DVD’s.
The evidence the TRUTH has and will subsequently present, is notably graphical. Meaning that, in some cases, the sexually explicit images (oral sex, penetrative sex, male climax – cum shot – anal sex, sex with toys, double penetration = Anal and vulva) are not masked, obscured. Meaning that, anyone, a child, for example, who happens upon them, can view sexually explicit images and obscene images (urination, which, as mentioned, is in breach of the 2003 Obscene Publications Act!)
As with most of the TRUTH’s other exposés, there now follows a virtual interview with amazon.
the TRUTH: For the benefit of those who have not read the TRUTH’s article: ‘How amazon exposes children to porn’, what is the wording of the first item on amazon/KDP’s content guidelines?
Amazon/KDP: ‘Pornography. We don't accept pornography or offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts.’
First and foremost, in addition to the US Supreme court’s definition of pornography, that which encourages sexual thoughts, which thousands of your books do, the titles of at least two books clearly show that you do, in fact, accept ‘Hardcore’ pornography?
Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, amazon/KDP does, contrary to the first of its content guidelines, accept pornography.’
Right, and so you lied about not accepting pornography?
Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, amazon/KDP lied about not accepting pornography.’
And yet, you, amazon/KDP, have approved book and now DVD covers that are in breach of the first item listed on your content guidelines, some of which are in breach of the UK’s 2003 Obscene Publications Act?
Amazon/KDP: ‘Yes, we, amazon/KDP, offer for sale books and DVD’s with pornographic and obscene images on their cover.’
As far as cover images are concerned, they fall under the ruling of the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority), who the TRUTH has contacted and sent the URL’s of 6 DVD covers with sexually explicit images on the cover (front and or back), one of which, as will be noted, is in breach of the UK’s 2003 Obscene Publications Act.
Furthermore, and since you, amazon, are offering hardcore pornography DVD’s for sale in the UK, you are also in breach of the sale and supply of, not just Obscene material but material, hardcore DVD’s, that, under the sale and supply act of the UK, can only LEGALLY be sold in licensed sex shops, and so the TRUTH has also sent the list of URL’s to the BBFC.
NB. Sending the list to the metropolitan police at New Scotland yard is impossible, owing to the fact that there is no e-mail contact address for them. So much for ‘Crimestoppers!
And so, to business. The business of exposing amazon as, not just purveyors of pornography, but purveyors of sexually explicit and obscene images, the like of which can be viewed by children and in much the same way that children, your children? Can read as much as 11% of a book that is offered for sale through amazon/KDP, provided that the ‘Look inside’ preview is active. Isn’t that correct, amazon/KDP?
Amazon/KDP: ‘Totally correct.’
To begin with, what are these a combination of?
Amazon: ‘The top and the search results box show that the page originates from amazon.’
Confirming that you, amazon, are selling pornographic DVD’s?
Amazon: ‘That is correct. We, amazon, are selling pornographic DVD’s and to UK customers.’
The top portion of the combined screenprints show that there are over 2,000 results for ‘More DVD from Del Piacere’ while the bottom screenprint portion shows a cover from one such DVD along with the amount of pages (16 DVD’s listed per page) in total = 175. (16 x 174 pages = 2784 + 1 at the bare minimum on the 175th page.)
The Truth will leave it for others to view the remaining 172 pages. For now, the TRUTH will, with the help of amazon, reveal what it discovered on the first 3 and other pages.
As will be noted from the bottom part of the combo above, two white stars and a white circle, all with a black outline to them, were placed over the parts of the girl’s body that would otherwise infringe the ASA’s guidelines if they were not there. Unfortunately, some of the covers the TRUTH discovered and amazon approved for publication are devoid of, without any form of masking, while the masking on other DVD covers is inadequate. Meaning that, either parts of what should have been masked are visible or the masking may just as well have not been there due to transparency (you can clearly see the hardcore pornographic image, albeit with a coloured tint to it).
So, once again, let me make it abundantly clear. Amazon/KDP clearly states the following:
‘Pornography. We don't accept pornography or offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts.’
First and foremost, ‘depictions’ means images. Images like those on the covers of hardcore, pornographic DVD covers sold by amazon, some of which feature ‘graphic sexual acts’.
‘Anabolic’, the film company that produced ‘The all-new penetration’ DVD (see top of page) and numerous ‘Gang bang girl’ videos and DVD’s, are an American company, noted by the following screenprint, which just so happens to come from the back of that DVD’s cover:
Now, this is interesting. This screenprint of the notice at the bottom of the back cover indicates ‘European exclusive distribution’ along with an address in Europe:
In addition to that, there is the following screenprint of the descriptive details, which outline what is included on the DVD, on the back of the cover:
As to the images themselves, purporting to be stills from the DVD…
the TRUTH: ‘Is there any form of masking over what you, amazon, regard as offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts? If so, what does the masking take the form of?’
Amazon: ‘Yes. Round yellow stickers have been placed over the offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts.’
May I draw your attention to these images (points them out). What has not been masked out?
Amazon: ‘The parts of the female model’s body that is splattered with male semen.’
And these stills (points them out)?
Amazon: ‘There is only one yellow sticker over an offensive depiction of a graphic sexual act.’
Enough that, the sticker may just as well have not been there?
Amazon: ‘Yes. Even with and through the single sticker, it is clear what should have been covered.’
And that is?
Amazon: ‘Penetrative sex involving two men and a woman.’
Be more specific.
Amazon: ‘In the first still photograph [top left] the two men are stood up with the woman sandwiched between them. In the other still [bottom middle] the woman is knelt over one male talent with another male talent knelt behind her. In both stills, she has a phallus in each of her holes, vulva and backside. Commonly known as being DP’d (double penetrated).’
And this one (points it out)?
Amazon: ‘There is no masking whatsoever, and so the woman can clearly be seen flaring her labia.’
And this one (points it out)?
Amazon: ‘Again, and due to inadequate masking, a woman can be seen with two male sex organs in close proximity to her face.’
And, finally, this one (points it out)?

Moving on to a Diabolic DVD cover, what is noticeable from this (points it out)?
Amazon: ‘Oh dear. As a result of there not being a yellow masking sticker over all of the offensive depiction of a graphic sexual act, part of the man’s phallus is clearly visible.’
For the record, this is what it says on the back about the content of the DVD ‘Un-Natural Sex 16 (*words censored for publication):

Of course, you, amazon/KDP, as noted from the many pornographic books you sell, both through the Kindle store and on amazon itself, are more than happy to approve books with the full, un-censored content of what the details of Un-Natural Sex 16 are in them?
Amazon: ‘Yes, as noted by a previous answer above and in the TRUTH’s exposé “How amazon exposes children to porn”.’
Moving on to ‘Twisted passions 28’, a girl on girl film. How many of the, to use your, amazon’s, words ‘offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts’ are masked?
Amazon: ‘None. Not one single offensive depiction of graphic sexual acts between two or more women is masked.
The offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts include?
Amazon: ‘Penetrative sex using a strap-on. A dildo attached to a harness that is worn by the woman who penetrates the other woman.’
Right, so, a dildo, possibly one in the shape of a man’s phallus, used instead of the man’s phallus?
Amazon: ‘Yes, exactly that.’
What else, by way of offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts, can clearly be seen in the still images?
Amazon: ‘Cunnilingus. That of one woman performing oral sex on another.’
I now show you a bisexual DVD cover that is available to purchase from you, amazon. The bisexual aspect being two men having sex with each other as well as the woman in the DVD.
The title is? (*words censored for publication)
Amazon: ‘Wanna *sexual intercourse me, Gotta *sexual intercourse him.’
I note from book titles sold through amazon/KDP, ones that include the actual word used for *sexual intercourse on the cover of that DVD, that at least one of the letters is replaced by a symbol of some kind?
Amazon: ‘On some, yes, but not all.’
Nevertheless, there is no masking whatsoever on the DVD cover.
Amazon: ‘Correct, there is no masking of what we, amazon, term “offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts” on the DVD’s cover.’
Among which are?
Amazon: ‘A lot of fellatio by both the woman and the men; cunnilingus by one of the men; *backside sex by the men on each other while the woman is penetrated in her *vulva by the man on the receiving end; one of the men ejaculating semen on the woman.’
Right, and so, as you, amazon, have described, none of those examples of offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts are in anyway whatsoever masked?
Amazon: ‘No. Not one of those offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts is masked.’
There now follows 2 covers of Private DVD films that are similarly advertised on amazon. If you’ve read the TRUTH’s exposé: ‘The truth about porn’ you will know that Private was one of the first producers of what is termed pornography to take advantage of the change in the censorship law in 1996, one that saw the BBFC passing hardcore, un-cut videos and later DVD’s for sale in Licensed sex shops, and ONLY Licensed sex shops. Said films included backside sex and double penetration, while, and until 1996, backside sex between heterosexuals was an illegal sex act.
Also, by way of additional evidence, the TRUTH presents screenprints of the details of other DVD’s the TRUTH found advertised by amazon and which can publicly be shown here due to adequate masking:
Additionally, the TRUTH screenprinted the details and cover of 6 other DVD’s, ones that have, to use amazon’s own words: ‘offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts’ on the covers. The truth also screenprinted the DVD covers for a much clearer view to that of the thumbnail image in the DVD details. (See next.)
Amazon, is the DVD entitled ‘Interracial Madness’ available to buy from you, amazon?
Amazon: ‘Yes.’
What is clearly visible on the DVD cover?
Amazon: ‘The naked upper body of a black woman is fellating a white man’s phallus.’
Naked in that?
Amazon: ‘Her nipples are clearly visible.’
As to the offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts on the back?
Amazon: ‘None of them, as with the cover picture, are masked.’
They are?
Amazon: ‘offensive depictions of oral and penetrative sex.’

Amazon: ‘Yes, it is.’
Although there is masking along the shaft of the man’s phallus, it is not enough to fully obscure, cover it?
Amazon: ‘I can confirm that, having seen that DVD cover, the masking is, as you say, not enough to fully obscure, cover the man’s phallus.’
Additionally, there is no masking whatsoever over what?
Amazon: ‘The woman’s climax, known as squirting. She is clearly seen squirting her sexual fluid in the same way that men are seen ejaculating semen.’

Finally, the DVD, the content and cover images of which are in breach of the UK’s 2003 Obscene Publications Act?
Amazon: ‘*Urination Deluxe 6, which we, amazon, sell direct.’
Describe what the cover images depict?
Amazon: ‘Women urinating over the faces and in the mouths of other women. Also, the DVD is produced in the UK according to what it says on the cover.’
The TRUTH kept this final point until last.
As will be noted from this screenprint for the DVD showcased at the start of this exposé, it includes the standard 18 BBFC certificate among its three images, the other two being the front and back covers, respectively.
First and foremost, amazon, it clearly states?
Amazon: ‘Hardcore. Indicating that it is sexually explicit, bourn out by the stills on the back cover as described above.’
Secondly, and more importantly?
Amazon: ‘There is no BBFC certification on the cover, front or back, as is usual.’
A point that you, amazon, were fully aware of when you accepted the DVD details including the cover etc?
Amazon: ‘Yes, we, amazon, were fully aware that the seller of that DVD and others like it were not approved by the BBFC, and that the indication that it was, and, moreover, at a standard 18 certificate level, was false and misleading.’
NB. For ‘False’ read ‘Lie’, one that amazon perpetuated!
Nevertheless, you, amazon, knowingly accepted an advertisement for a DVD, the content of which, along with all of the others, is R18. Meaning that, the DVD’s could only be sold in licensed sex shops, while ignorance is no defence to that fact?
Amazon: ‘Yes, we, amazon, knowingly accepted an advertisement for a DVD, the content of which, along with all of the others, is R18.’
So, there you have it. Conclusive proof and an admission from amazon itself that amazon sells hardcore pornographic DVD’s and in violation of the sale and supply of what are and should be R18 DVD’s by both the DVD’s content and box cover, while some of the box covers, as described above, are in violation of the ASA’s guidelines.
Footnote: The TRUTH has made both the ASA and BBFC aware of this article along with the URL’s for the six DVD covers that could not be shown as proof herein due to their offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts.
Additionally, on 22nd December 2021, the TRUTH successfully sent an e-mail to: The ‘United Nations’, ‘Save The Children’ a worldwide children’s charity and ‘NATE’ (National Association of Teachers), from which the TRUTH received a reply. Likewise, the same six URL’s were included.
The TRUTH has also contacted, again, by e-mail, sections of the British media, as:
BBC news, ITV News, Channel 4 News, Channel 5 News, SKY News, the Daily Mail, the Evening Standard and the Metro.
informing them that, ‘Doing nothing is taking part’. Meaning that, if they do not make this article and or its findings publicly known, then they are guilty of sweeping it under the carpet and as guilty as amazon.
A short while later, the TRUTH submitted an online report of the above to ‘CrimeStoppers’. In view of the fact that, as of 30th August 2021, five of the six DVD’s that the TRUTH made CrimeStoppers and the others mentioned above aware of, the TRUTH, today, 17th September 2021, completed yet another report of amazon not only selling pornographic and obscene DVD’s, but ‘How amazon exposes children to the most obscene pornography imaginable’.
Furthermore, here is the text the TRUTH copied into the report’s dialogue box:
‘On or after 14th January 2021, I, as the editor of the TRUTH, made you aware of the fact that amazon uk were offering for sale DVD’s that can only legally be sold in licensed sex shops. Furthermore, I included the URL’s for 6 sexually explicit DVD covers that were available to view on amazon. On Monday, 30th August 2021, I discovered that 5 of the 6 mentioned DVD covers are still available to view. Meaning that, either you acted with complicity by failing to pass the reported crime onto whoever deals with reported crimes, the Police, or those you passed it onto acted with complicity by not investigating and prosecuting amazon under the ‘obscene publications act’.
I furthermore, hereby bring to your attention another one of the TRUTH’s 70+ articles/exposés: ‘How Amazon exposes children to the most obscene pornography imaginable’.’
In submitting the form, the TRUTH, using a camera with video recording capability, recorded every aspect of reporting the incident to CrimeStoppers.

Serious worrying UPDATE!
11 November 2022
On September 21 2022, truth2020, this internet news magazine, sent a letter to New Scotland Yard by Signed for/recorded delivery. In the letter, truth2020 formerly reported the crimes mentioned herein, along with the crime mentioned in the truth’s other exposé: ‘How amazon exposes (YOUR) children to the most obscene pornography imaginable!’
In checking the delivery progress of said letter, the Royal Mail confirmed the fact that the letter was collected on September 22 2022, exactly 50 days ago.
Since then, not only has there been no mention of the Police investigating what are serious reported crimes, but the truth’s traffic reports show that the Met Police, New Scotland Yard have failed to study, take into account the evidence included in both exposés.
As a result of that, ‘doing nothing is taking part’. Thereby making the Met Police, New Scotland Yard an accessory to the crimes while ‘ably assisting’ amazon in the reported crimes.

UPDATE!
As mentioned partway into the TRUTH’s exposé: ‘the TRUTH about RAPE!’ Police Officer A Linton, who worked at London’s Charring Cross police station in 2003, was part of a group of police officers who seized around 1,000 sexually explicit video tapes.
Police Officer A Linton. Did you or a fellow officer contact, in writing, the BBFC? If so for what reason?
Police Officer A Linton: ‘The purpose of contacting the BBFC was to ascertain if a sample of the seized video titles had been approved by the BBFC.’
What was the BBFC’s response?
Police Officer A Linton: ‘The BBFC promptly wrote back, stating they had not approved any of the titles on the sample list they received.
The significant aspect of that is, when the TRUTH, as recently as 22nd September 2021, sent a similar enquire to the BBFC, their reply was somewhat evasive, bringing to mind the point made by former home secretary, Michael Howard: ‘Refusal to cooperate, suggests they have something to hide.’
There now follows the e-mail enquire that the TRUTH sent to the BBFC, along with the BBFC’s response, which follows each well-worded question.
Note, the e-mail also included 23 attachments of masked, part masked and hardcore PORN DVD cover sleeves etc as mentioned above:
Dear BBFC
On the 20th January 2021, the TRUTH sent you an e-mail, one making you aware of the TRUTH’s exposé at that time: ‘amazon (UK) sells pornographic and obscene DVD’s’, the additional details of which read: ‘The like of which can only be sold in and by licensed sex shops!’
Your reply aside, which the TRUTH was grateful for, could you please answer the following questions, based on the attachments of DVD sleeves/covers?
1 Since none of the attached sleeves carry a/any BBFC rating, have you, the BBFC, approved any of them for sale without a BBFC rating?
BBFC: ‘You can search for classified titles on our website. You need to select 'Show R18 Content'.
In light of the extent to which the BBFC was helpful towards Police Officer A Linton, the TRUTH finds the BBFC’s reply to be highly evasive, owing to the fact that none of the covers displayed a BBFC rating of any kind.
2 As far as the sexually explicit cover images go, some of which feature possible still photos from the DVD, what rating would you, the BBFC, give those you would approve of?
BBFC: ‘The BBFC does not approve packaging for R18 titles. We cannot comment on video content unless it is formally submitted to us.’
Yet again, the BBFC’s reply is evasive.
3 On the basis of the cover images and titles, which DVD’s would you, the BBFC, not approve for sale, even in licensed sex shops?
BBFC: ‘We cannot comment on video content unless it is formally submitted to us.’
Repetitious and evasive.
4 For what reason would you, the BBFC, not approve those titles mentioned in your answer to question 3?
BBFC: ‘We cannot comment on video content unless it is formally submitted to us.’
Again, repetitious and evasive.
5 By offering for sale, either directly or as an agent for the seller of the DVD’s whose covers the TRUTH attached, is amazon UK in breach of any law; for example, offering for sale DVD’s that are not approved by the BBFC and or DVD’s that are in breach of the obscene publications act?
BBFC: ‘We would advise you to contact trading standards regarding this issue.
Totally evasive, while the correct answer is ‘YES’, owing to the fact that amazon and their agents are selling hardcore PORN DVD’s, the like of which have not been approved by the BBFC (that being part of the question).
6 Has the BBFC ever approved DVD’s featuring the and the same sexually explicit images on the covers of the attached DVD’s for general sale? In other words, other than and in addition to licensed sex shops?
BBFC: ‘The guidelines for the R18 rating can be found in our Classification Guidelines. We cannot comment on video content unless it is formally submitted to us.
Yet again, evasive, while the correct answer is ‘NO’, owing to the fact that the type of DVD’s featured in all but two of the screenprints the TRUTH attached were for the type of content that could only be sold in licensed sex shops, while the other two are in breach of the 2003 obscene publications act.
